It involves the development of a data analytics system specifically designed for medium-sized agri-food companies, to obtain historical and real-time information on costs per unit of production, manufacturing process efficiency metrics, and energy consumption at factory facilities.
This project has received funding from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism as part of the program to support AEIs, with the aim of helping to improve the competitiveness of Spanish industry
