General terms of use
Access to the content of the sections of our Website will be governed by the policy established by the entity. Likewise, the Innovative Business Association of the Technology Industry, Digitalization and Digital Economy Sector of La Rioja (hereinafter Cidatum) may modify, at any time and without prior notice, the information contained on the Website, and the entity is therefore not responsible for that information being up to date.
Cidatum’s liability
Both access to this Website and any use that may be made of the information contained on it are the sole responsibility of the person accessing or using it.
Cidatum will not be liable for any consequence, damage or harm that may arise from such access or use of the information. Cidatum is not responsible for possible security breaches that may occur, nor for any damage that may be caused to the user’s computer system (hardware and software), files or documents stored on it, as a result of viruses on the computer used to connect to the Website’s services and content, browser malfunctions, or the use of outdated browser versions.
The user therefore expressly and unreservedly accepts that access to and use of the portal is made under their sole and exclusive responsibility. Under Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Spanish law shall apply to any dispute that may arise. The user shall in any case be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, and Cidatum reserves the right to exclude from its registered services any user who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other legal action that may be applicable.
Intellectual property
Cidatum is the owner and/or licensee of all information contained on this portal, including its graphic design, images, databases, indexes, source code, trademarks and logos, all of which are protected under the Spanish Intellectual Property Law and Trademark Law.
Making this content available and its use do not, under any circumstances, imply the transfer of ownership or the granting of a right of use to the User. Any reproduction, copy, total or partial distribution, or commercial use therefore requires Cidatum’s prior written authorization. In the event of misuse of the Website, the entity reserves the right to take whatever legal action is necessary to obtain redress for any damage caused. The user also agrees to compensate the entity for any damage or harm that may result from use of this Website that breaches these general terms and/or applicable law.
Scope of liability
Cidatum’s website contains links to other websites considered to be of significant relevance or interest. Cidatum is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of other websites.
Data protection policy
In compliance with applicable data protection regulations, we inform you that the data you provide will be processed by Cidatum as data controller, for the purpose of providing the service you request through our services (course registration, advisory appointment requests, inquiries, etc.) or contact forms. To do so, we need you to check the box provided indicating acceptance of this policy; if you do not, we will not have your express consent and will therefore be unable to respond to your request.
For Cidatum to properly provide its services, users must answer each of the questions marked as mandatory fields in the forms on our website. Users also declare that they are of legal age.
The personal data requested will also be processed for the purpose of sending commercial information about products and services currently offered, and to be offered in the future, by Cidatum; this information includes advertising and promotional communications sent by post, fax, email or any other means. For this processing to take place, the user must check the corresponding box on the website form.
If the user subscribes to our newsletter, their email address will become part of our database for sending news updates. To subscribe to this service, the user must check the subscription box; otherwise, they will not be subscribed to our newsletter.
Likewise, if you wish to publish a job offer, we will ask for your express consent to distribute it through other channels such as social media.
Given the personal nature of the data provided, Cidatum undertakes to treat it with strict confidentiality; to this end, the entity has implemented appropriate security measures based on its risk assessment.
