BBTWINS will develop and validate two digital twins innovators in two use cases in Spain and Greece.

Meat and fruit production, using a multi-stakeholder approach and integrating all processing steps (from cultivation to final products) and the valorization of the resulting biological streams through innovative processing methods into a single platform. Use cases will be addressed using a holistic approach that includes environmental, social, and economic assessments, as well as logistical considerations.

BBTWINS will combine blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, the Internet of Things (IoT), and software analytics to develop and validate two innovative digital twins in two use cases.

The project's digital twins will adopt a multi-stakeholder approach, integrating all processing steps (from cultivation to the final product) along with the valorization of the biological streams generated through the use of innovative processing methods, all on a single platform.

The use cases will also be addressed using a holistic approach that includes an environmental, social, and economic assessment.
