Spain Digital Week by adigital

A few weeks ago, AERTIC’s Data Research Center signed a collaboration agreement with adigital. As a result of this collaboration, our Scientific and Technical Director traveled to Brussels on October 13 and 14 to participate in the Spain Digital Week event.

Spain Digital Week is the first initiative in Brussels designed to serve as a “community builder” centered on Spain’s role as an advocate for a stronger and more competitive economic and digital policy agenda for the European Union. Organized by the EU Office in Brussels in collaboration with Adigital, the Spanish Association for the Digital Economy, this inaugural edition brings together high-level leaders and decision-makers from both the public and private sectors with two key objectives:

To promote and foster bold policy ideas aimed at strengthening the European economic model through digitalization, by encouraging meaningful exchanges, practical proposals, and forward-looking collaboration.

To highlight and amplify the contributions of top Spanish leaders, from both the public and private sectors, to the shaping and advancement of Europe's economic and digital policy agenda.

Over the course of these days, the program featured public debates, closed-door meetings, and collaborative workshops, creating a platform for meaningful dialogue and action.
