Regional Round of the 30th Informatics Olympiad

Today, the 30th Computer Science Olympics, regional phase, is being held at the CCT facilities of the University of La Rioja.

The Computer Science Olympiad is one of the six Science Olympiads. It is an individual algorithmic programming competition that aims to promote knowledge of algorithms among secondary school students (ESO, high school, or intermediate vocational training).

During this local phase of the Olympiad, participants will solve several algorithmic problems using the programming languages Java, C++, or Python. The top two finishers will compete in the national phase, to be held in Valladolid from April 10 to 12, 2026. During the national phase of the 30th Spanish Informatics Olympiad, four high school students will be selected to represent Spain at the International Informatics Olympiad in Uzbekistan.

This program is intended for secondary school students (ESO, high school, or intermediate vocational training) under the age of 20 from the Autonomous Community of La Rioja and the Basque Country.
